More and more we get job offers from our member companies and institutions looking for qualified employees. At the same time, we get applications from highly qualified people looking for a (new) job in the medical technology or biotechnology branch.

Now we want to get both sides together to speed up finding new employees or employers: In our interactive career online portal you as a medways-member can place your job offers exclusively.

This is how it works for employers:

1. Sign up at the Thüringer Agentur für Fachkräftegewinnung (ThAFF) for free: call 0361 5603-520 or email
to thaff@leg-thueringen.de - please declare that you are a medways-member!
2. Give your job offer to the ThAFF.
3. Your job offer will be placed on the medways career online portal promptly and for free. The job offer overview is updated on a daily basis.
